You can custom order Barong Tagalog, Gusot Mayaman, Women's Barongs, Filipiniana / Maria Clara dresses, wedding and formal gowns, kids' sizes, and more in any size. Please allow one month for delivery. Some specialty items may take up to 2 months for delivery. 

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CUSTOM AND PRE-ORDER?

Custom order is when you take one of our existing designs and make a variation just for you. For example, it can be to have a garment fit exactly to your measurements or change the color to a detail. To order this, please choose CUSTOM ORDER from the size drop-down menu then put your changes or measurements in the Notes box during checkout.

Pre-Order is ordering a ready-to-wear size that is currently unavailable. For example, if your size Medium is not available right now, you may choose PRE-ORDER from the Size drop-down menu and then state what RTW size (in this case M) you'd like in the Notes box during checkout.

In order to continue providing you the lowest prices, we do not have a store, showroom, or warehouse for you to visit. For international orders, we ONLY sell online.

Yes, we can customize fabric color and embroidery. Kindly send us an e-mail at info@barongwarehouse.com for more information. A picture of your color and what you want to do will be helpful.

If you intend to purchase 10 or more pieces for your wedding party or group, you are entitled to a 10% discount or more. Kindly send us the details in an e-mail at info@barongwarehouse.com. We will most likely have to coordinate and invoice you directly.

Please plan ahead at least 2 months of your event so we can ensure we will be able to satisfy your barong and filipiniana needs. Ordering within less than a month from your wedding date will not allow us enough time to service your needs properly.

Lastly, order your entire party's items together. This will help us keep everyone's items more organized, and will ensure the consistency of fabric & hand-done details'.

WHAT IS THE BARONG WAREHOUSE SHIPPING POLICY?

For domestic customers in the United States, all orders in stock will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after credit card authorization, verification and shipment. Shipping is possible to all 50 States, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. 

For international customers, delivery services and speed vary within different countries. There is a potential for delays from customs and other unforeseen circumstances. Usually you can receive your order within 6-10 business days.

HOW DOES BARONG WAREHOUSE DEAL WITH CUSTOMS?

When an order is shipped to a country outside of the United States, it is subject to custom fees from the destination country’s regulations. Barong Warehouse has no control over and has nothing to do with those charges. We hope you understand that we are not responsible for any third-party charges imposed on your order.

HOW MUCH DOES BARONG WAREHOUSE CHARGE FOR SHIPPING? 

Your order’s shipping rate will be based on your location, speed of delivery selection, and weight of the items you are purchasing. All shipping charges will be calculated automatically for you at checkout.

WHAT IS BARONG WAREHOUSE’S DELIVERY TIME?

Please allow us 1 day to process your order before shipping from the time you finalize your order. Orders are sent out every business day. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with information that will allow you to track your order. Shipping delivery times vary on your location and the speed of delivery selection you have chosen at checkout.

DOES BARONG WAREHOUSE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We only ship to one address for each transaction at checkout. Different addresses must be ordered separately.

WHAT IF I INPUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT?

Barong Warehouse does not verify addresses. Please make sure you input the right shipping address when you order. We will not be held responsible and we will not replace your order if we send your order to the wrong address due to your incorrect input. However, if you notice the wrong address before we send it out (orders take 1-2 days for processing), you can quickly e-mail us at info@barongwarehouse.com and we will correct the address you gave if it is still possible.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER OR SHIPMENT?

As soon as your order has been processed and given to the chosen shipper, we will send you an e-mail stating exactly how you can track your statement with the shipper’s website, and your order’s tracking and reference numbers. Please also keep in mind that tracking numbers may take up to 12 hours to show up on the shipper’s website. Please be patient if you do not see your order’s status right away.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST BY THE SHIPPER?

Unfortunately, we have no control over the operations of any of the shipping companies. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to mishandling by the shipper. Please directly contact the shipping company for any problems you encounter when your order is out of our hands. However, all the shipping companies that we use have their own policies regarding their services and they want to also keep you happy so rest assured that your order is in good hands.

DOES BARONG WAREHOUSE ALLOW RETURNS?

No. Unfortunately, due to others being dishonest in the past, we no longer allow returns.

We do a thorough quality check before every product is sent out to our customers. But if there is a defect that we missed and you can prove that it was due to our negligence, we would be more than happy to exchange the item and pay for the shipping back and forth provided we receive back the item for exchange first. We will not send out a new item without first receiving the original item.

If you're unsure of your size, you can order two of the same item in different sizes to try it on. When you are ready to return the item that doesn't fit you, let us know by email at info@barongwarehouse.com. We will refund the price of the item that doesn't fit you once we get it back.

DOES BARONG WAREHOUSE ALLOW EXCHANGES?

Yes. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we allow for 30 days exchange provided that the product is unworn (outside of trying it on), unwashed, undamaged, and still has any original tags attached and packaging included. Except for any provable negligence on our part, the customer pays for all shipping costs regarding exchanges.

Starting January 2018, we no longer allow exchanges of ANY custom order items.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES?

It is quite easy to exchange your order. Email us at info@barongwarehouse.com with the following information: your Order #, what items you would like to exchange and what items you would like to receive back.

We will then reply to you with the address for sending back the item(s). Once you have shipped the items for exchange and that package is received by us, we will invoice you for the exchange shipping fee. Once that has been paid, we will send out your new item(s) as soon as possible.

Please note:

1) "Invoice" means we will bill you for the shipping fee. It does NOT mean "refund."

2) Please use your hands to open the plastic. Do not use scissors, because this might accidentally cut the garment. We will not be held responsible for this.
