No. Unfortunately, due to others being dishonest in the past, we no longer allow returns.
We do a thorough quality check before every product is sent out to our customers. But if there is a defect that we missed and you can prove that it was due to our negligence, we would be more than happy to exchange the item and pay for the shipping back and forth provided we receive back the item for exchange first within 30 days. We will not send out a new item without first receiving the original item.

We process custom orders usually within 24 hours (or sooner) of your payment and size/measurements being received by us. If you made a custom order and it has not yet been processed, we may allow for you to receive a refund. If it has been processed, we will no longer allow the refund because we may have already cut the fabric specifically for your order's size/measurements. Yes. We allow for 30 days exchange provided that the product is unworn (outside of trying it on), unwashed, undamaged, and still has any original tags attached and packaging included. Except for any provable negligence on our part, the customer pays for all shipping costs regarding exchanges.
Starting January 2018, we no longer allow exchanges of ANY custom order items.
It is quite easy to exchange your order. Email us at email@example.com with the following information: your Order #, what items you would like to exchange and what items you would like to receive back.
We will then reply to you with the address for sending back the item(s). Once you have shipped the items for exchange and that package is received by us, we will invoice you for the exchange shipping fee. Once that has been paid, we will send out your new item(s) as soon as possible.
1) "Invoice" means we will bill you for the shipping fee. It does NOT mean "refund."
2) Please use your hands to open the plastic. Do not use scissors, because this might accidentally cut the garment. We will not be held responsible for this.
Unless there is a promotion regarding free shipping or there is an exchange that can be proven to be the fault of Barong Warehouse, the customer pays for the shipping for all transactions with Barong Warehouse. Shipping fees are not kept by Barong Warehouse and are paid to a third-party courier.
Please refer to the size charts below. Our Barongs and Filipiniana designs are authentically made in the Philippines and Filipino sizes are usually one RTW size smaller than most Western (US/EU/etc.) sizes.
The measurements are of the garment(s) and NOT the person wearing the barong. The Barong is usually a loose fit around the Chest, Waist, and Hips with small allowances on the Collar, Cuff, and Armhole and exact measurements on the Shoulder, Sleeve and Back Lengths.
BW TIP: If you do not have a measuring tape, use any safe wire or string, mark your measurement with your finger, and check the length with a ruler.
