Returns and Exchanges
US ORDERS ONLY: WE NOW OFFER FREE RETURNS & ONE FREE EXCHANGE PROVIDED YOU FOLLOW BELOW:
- Please make absolutely sure that your measurements fit the measurements we provided in the Size Charts.
- Custom orders, underwear, and Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we allow for 7 days return or 30 days exchange from the delivery date.
- In order for us to approve your return or exchange, the returned product must be unworn (outside of trying on), unwashed, undamaged, and still has any original packaging and tags attached.
- Sale items are not returnable. But you may exchange them or get store credit within 30 days from the delivery date.
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are unable to pay for your shipping back and forth. But if you request a return or exchange within the allowed time frames, we will honor your return or exchange.

*Exchanges are only free the first time. Succeeding exchange fees are charged via invoice to your email.
*We do a thorough quality check before every product is sent out to our customers. But if there is a defect that we missed and you can prove that it was our fault, we would be more than happy to exchange the item and pay for the shipping of the back-and-forth exchange. We will not send out a new item without first receiving the original item.
*If you're unsure of your size, you can order two items in different sizes to try it on. When you are ready to return the item that doesn't fit you, follow the instructions above on how to start the refund process. We will refund the price of the item that doesn't fit you once we get it back.
